Okay thanks for the information. I did e-mail Katharine's mom a couple of days ago. The reason I asked about Katharine's e-mail address was in an interview Katharine's sister said that she got e-mails from her fans regarding her case of bulimia.

Well, most of those were forwarded from those of us who emailed Peisha first. Right after Kat's revelation of her past struggles with bulimia, a lot of us made a special effort to write Peisha and asked her to forward messages Kat's way. She may have forwarded close to a hundred of them, because P reportedly got many.

Peisha has been kind to forward a lot of our emails to Kat's email box. I've had several forwarded--and I think most of the regulars have. Back in June, I was the messenger over at the 'AI' board for a bunch of notes written in a thread that gave well-wishes to Kat. I provided the attachment to that (plus my own well-wishes) in an email to Peisha...and it may have totaled about 50 messages right there. Peisha told me she would forward all of that Kat's way. But that was during an important time.

Ordinarily, Peisha doesn't want her email box flooded consistently with notes regarding Kat--because P's email is supposed to be for business correspondence. But perhaps she means notes she's supposed to answer. I think she's just forwarding most emails about Kat right to Kat's box--while writing a quick reply indicating that to the sender.

The best rule of thumb on this: Use your best discretion when sending emails to Peisha to be forwarded to Kat. While Peisha is busy--I think she tries to accomodate everybody...as long as it isn't a consistent overload.

I thought you already sent them to her. Sure, I think Peisha would really love those--though she'd probably forward them to Kat's email box. That's pretty much what she does now when she gets things related to (and actually for) Katharine.

Just remember that it may take a little time to get a response. It all depends on her schedule. P used to respond the same day to our emails--though occasionally it would take a day or two.

If you don't get a response, don't feel bad. There's certain times when her email box may be overly full and can't get to everything. But when someone goes to the trouble of creating something, it's usually likely she'll send a quick note of thanks--and a note that she forwarded them Kat's way.

Personal replies from Kat via email are very rare. The only person I know of recently who got a reply was Don (KatFan49) for his brilliant 'Hope' essay.  I remember a woman over on the 'AI' board months ago who claimed she got a personal email from Kat--but everybody chastised her for being a liar. No wonder Kat doesn't send email replies often.
