I am happy to say that I am expecting
and it is a GIRL.
we are naming Her Katharine Hope Marie<!--sizeo:3--><!--/sizeo--><!--sizec--><!--/sizec-->
I put this on the boards last night (i know most of you probably know about it now after it being posted on the other boards) and I had such great comments, I couldnt for the life of my decide what middle name to use Katharine Hope or Katharine Marie but after talking to some people my boyfriend and I decided to name her Katharine Hope Marie ________.
Katharine Hope, after Katharine McPhee, and Marie after my soon to be mother in law 
I have been wanting to tell you all that I was expecting (we didnt know she was a girl until two days ago ) for so long, but I needed to wait until I was at least three months along to tell you all to make sure she was in good health. The doctor said she is in perfect health.
I have a ways to go Im due in the begining of June, but I wanted to let you all know!
Im sooooo excited about brining my daughter into the world i cant even explain it!!! I will be telling her all of the Stories about Katharine Hope McPhee.
I cant wait to see my Katharine , I am so in love with her already!

oh that is so sweet. MY sister is due in july. I dont think it is a girl. If it was i would try and convince her to name her kat or at this have hope as the middle name. If the baby turns out to be a little girl then ill try and get her name to be close to katharines somehow
Hope everything goes well with your baby and you and your boyfriend.
Please send out prayers to my sister and her boyfriend for a healthy baby. She has been on and off bedrest and in and out of the hospital all the time.

I bet you are the first person to name your baby after KAT!! WOW!! Just another indication of the impact Kat has on her fans. I'm sure she's incredibly honored and it's great that she wrote back to tell you so. Congrats on the baby news!! Just think . . . she'll have LOTS of God-Parents here on KMF. We can't wait to welcome little Katharine Hope Marie - a beautiful blessing from Heaven!!!

Hey, Jayme--I saw your comment about this over on MySpace--and congratulations on that. That's great you know it'll be a girl too. I bet a lot of babies will be named after Katharine in the future. And that should get rid of all the Kath erine spellings in the world forever. 
I didn't know Kat replied to you about that--and that's great she pays attention to the bulletin blogs...if that's where she saw it. She probably sees thousands of those bulletin blogs now (she's up to 12,000 friends or more)--so yours really caught her eye.

Im not sure where she saw it, I left a comment on her myspace page, and I posted a bulletin... but she said "Seh heard" about my little girl, so maybe someone told her? Or maybe she meant "I read". I am so happy you are honored, when I read it I started bawling, not just a tear or two but like a baby haha! You would have thought someone died! Yes I am a dork, I am naturally emotional but being pregnant makes me even more emotional! Stupid hormones!!! Congratulations! That is a perfect name, the flow of it is perfect. Katharine Hope Marie....it has a nice ring to it, I like it a lot. I think it's great that when she is older, you are going to tell her all about Katrharine Mcphee. A perfect way to gain more fans because then she'll tell her friends, her friends will tell other friends and so on.
When I am a father (Not anytime soon lol) I am going to tell my son and I repeat MY SON all about Katharine Mcphee and am going to try and get him interested in her. I want to show my son that there is nothing wrong with being a guy and supporting someone as great as Katharine Mcphee.
