So is this like the store parking lot tours we were laughing at with the misinformation last year?
I just recall saying yeah... Kat singing @ the K Mart in Fargo ND in Feb.....would be fun watching the breath condensation!!
What ever happened to time-honored theaters....too old school? |

That's a lot of time. Can she sing stuff from the first album? Will she be introducing people to the new one? What if somebody gets a sugar high on Ho Ho's and starts yelling for her to sing Over The Rainbow? Think she'd do it? |

Hi Guys - haven't been on this site in a LONG LONG TIME, but I'm still following Kat very closely cuz I love her STILL.....am so excited about Oceanside tomorrow night - I live in Encinitas - nearby - so this is gonna be great. Am charging up my camera and video cameras tonight.....I'll post whatever I get.... |

Last I heard, she also did It's Not Right as well. And there were hundreds of people waiting for autographs.

OMG! That was almost a full concert.... and it's free too?!! What a treatment from her! I'm so surprised that half of the album were revealed at this stage considered that Verve was so nervous about the leakage of Lifetime a few days ago. Those who missed the opportunity listening to Lifetime can now fully enjoy what others have shared and commented. I personally like it very much, along with Say Goodbye and Terrified. Judging from these few songs, it looks like the album is really promising. I'm so happy for Kat. I just hope she can do more of these small scale concert tour more often as it will certainly help her gain more new fans when the album releases in Jan. |

I really think this is gonna be a GREAT album. All the songs I've heard so far are FANTASTIC.
I spoke to Kat for awhile afterwards (God she's sweet). I asked about her movie "yeah, they're still editing it" she said she "hopes" it'll be out next year. I asked about doing an album with David Foster "there's alot in the works" she replied. I asked if there is a tour planned once the album is released - she said "Oh yes". I told her so far my favorite song is the "slow one" (had a brain fart and couldn't remember the name) - she said "Oh good - you like Terrified?" I said "yes - but I meant the one that's out now" - she said "Oh you mean 'Say Good-bye'?" Yes that one - I told her I thought it fit her voice perfectly.
Got an autograph, good pictures and a nice hug from her......
Man - I forgot how TALL she is......beautiful (although I personally still perfer her long dark hair - but good for her to not be afraid to change things).
and I posted my photos under my name nanhasmcpheever in an album i created.....
I do love her.....

yeah, how embarrassing that I forgot the name - but she made me nervous, cuz she's so gorgeous and when she talks to you, she looks totally AT you - which made me go blank!!! I've probably listened to Say Goodbye 200 times......I'm lucky I even got my mouth open - she was soooooooooooo gorgeous and sweet and friendly. |

I don't think Verve minds fan videos as much as they do leaks of actual studio tracks. Fan vids are fun but the quality usually leaves something to be desired, so they work pretty well as free advertisement. Then if people want to really hear the song at its best, they'll buy the original. Fan vids are kind of a win/win for everybody. It's been a long time between albums, and we've tried to stay happy with specials here and a song here and there, but this is just so much fun. I like everything i've heard so far, and that just wasn't the case with KM. |
