Okay I'm throwing another nomination out there, and I hereby nominate KatPack 1198 (Melissa) she worked very hard to get M&G passes to the two concerts she attended, so she could be the Kat Pack Letter Courier for the "Write to Kat on the Road" project. She also has participated in various Kat Pack projects, was on local NYC TV representing her Kat Pack pride in July, did the "Follow the Idols" road-trip itinerary thread in the Concert Folders, and last but not least is suffering from a "Cold" that she picked up from Kat on Saturday. |

I second the nomination, Czar_Iza, is the go getter of the media personnel. You want something done, there she is. good thing she loves the Katster, because like most around here, she works her behind off. glad i finally got to meet Czar at the Los Angeles Concert when we volunteered together for the glowstick project. |

That Katharine wore the Kat Pack necklace on the closing night of her AI tour would not have been possible without Don. He worked hard to have that necklace custom made for Katharine, and thanks to him we now have this wonderful memory to share. For that and all of Don's creative endeavors (the homecoming concert T-shirt design, all the brilliant stories), my nomination this week goes to:

While I know there's many other deserving ones--I usually go with a nomination of someone I know a little better here. That may not be the best way to approach this 'Fan of the Week' thing--but it helps me get a better well-rounded picture of the person. We could probably have a ten-way tie this week alone what with the final week of the tour and all the incredible people who brought pictures, media, etc. But I have to also forward the nomination of Don (KatFan49) for not only designing that necklace that Kat represented us so well with in Wilkes-Barre--but also his other undercover work on various projects that are going unsung. Also, Don's probably one of my best friends on this site--and we both give support to one another during occasional times when posting here is a challenge.
And even though it seems we do a silly point/counterpoint thing in the satire forum a lot of times--Don's stand-alone writings have really added so much to the KMF dialogue in both a poetic sense and ideas.
Based on all these cumulative factors--you need to win this week, Don.
Oh, and selling 23 paintings to the U.S. District Court can't be taken lightly either--so add that on for extra credit. 
Ensuing weeks should obviously go to Melissa and the others who captured all the last media on the concert tour... |
