It's the nuclear fallout shelter insignia. So, around here, it means the Claymates or the Taylor fanbase just devised a dirty bomb and dropped it on us. Fortunately, we have an underground shelter where we can survive for ten years...assuming nobody drinks all the beer up. Seriously, that's an icon that appears to have no real value of use around here...unless there's a mention about a nuclear arms race. I don't think we're ever going to be discussing that around here though...unless there's a 'World Events' section created.
