Wow Barlo,

I was just citing  this performance as one of the media opportunities missed by Kat fans  in Katharine's  oeuvre and this turns up  that is fantastic.  I saw this video on the Princess Cruise website way back in June of '06 and haven't seen it since.  Now if we can only find the "Holy Grail" of that morning, Katharine's rendition of The Stars Bangled Banner.  I've got a ten second MP3 and it gives me chills.  Of course, Katharine flew back across the country that day and did the amazing work on the JC Penney Jam that very night, too.

Is it the same? I don't recall the scene with "mizzen" or the friend in the deck chairs except from stills or the Martha Stewart.

Have to check my old one.

Edit: I have a tmz vdeo with Katharine talking and then singing part of Star Spangled Banner then part of SOTR. I recall this video though from the princess website. I didn't know how to rip then but I have  copy finally. I see CRB has already put one up.

Wow, Barlo, that's really a beautiful video! Now I wanta go on another cruise! 

And CRB, all the luck in finding Katharine's rendition of the Star Spangled Banner --I'd love to hear her sing this difficult song!

Thanks Barlo for the trip down memory lane! CRB is this a rip of the myspace? I have a FLV sitting on my hard drive that is 10MB and 640x480, date 6/15/06. (But when resized to 320x240 it looks about the same.) I didn't record where I got it. I think someone got it directly from the Princess website as a Shockwave file. I made the audio just now from it.

Yes, diff I think that swf.flv is a rip of the original Princess Cruise sites Shockwave Video that somebody ripped and inexplicably converted to flv before sharing it. That is sort of a bass ackward conversion but what in the heck do I know. Thanks for sharing, I grabbed them all and will sort them later.

To answer you question: Yes, my Sendspace post above is the rip of that MySpace video.
