Great vocals and stage presence! I was worried, but Kat came through after some (IMO) cheesy recent performances. I think Kat even tried Shakira's chest-heaving move.

I can't think of a word that is better than FANTASTIC to describe her performance on Leno. Without a doubt of all acts that I have seen on Leno, this was the BEST!!

I certainly can't add anything unique to this thread. I agree with everyone completely!! This was an absolutely amazing, stunning performance. I was cheering outloud, as I watched it by myself! Can't wait for the world to come clamoring for our girl!

At this point, what DOES worry me is while Katharine is at the top of her game right now and has perfected her stage show and maximized her popularity, she now will be shooting movies, a complete change of artistic genre. She will obviously be losing the momentum of her progressive music path, when now is the time for her to be on a promotional tour. and finally introducing herself to international markets.

My computer is starting to get like its owner: OLD. I can only play the interlaced HD mpegs if I reboot and keep any programs running in the background (torrents, emule) form writing to the hard drive but other than that it is pretty choppy or slow motion. The XviD encoded 1280X720 stuff is even too much with the number of applications I typically have open. The 720X400 looks pretty damn good at full screen anyway. I just use the mpegs to make files, where speed doesn't matter so much.

I think there was also a cat killing old people on one of the show's monologue clips. I think Kat's performance was much better than on Regis & Kelly and The Early Show, but I don't like seeing her sing the same song and I could tell she doesn't like it either.

Ditto to all the above feedback so far – GREAT performance indeed! Kat looked great, sounded great, danced great, and the little big band was great too! One of those nights when everything was just "on!" I'm still just tickled to death as to how everything has worked out for her so far! Oh, and as always, I'm grateful beyond words to all those that take the time to do what it takes to be able to share these great HD vids with the rest of the world!

I patched the audio of Jay's intro using videoman's audio. For the perfectionists that want the fixed audio, you can either redownload the whole "version 2" video(s), or just download the 6MB patched mp3 and remux into the original "version 1" videos. The only difference between the version 1 and version 2 vids is the audio. BTW, we are using fileden.com for streaming links. There's a bug with the audio player where occassionally files aren't playing but we will get it worked out.
