Stars… They Are Just Like Us

I always HATE that part of the tabloid magazine where they show celebrities doing everyday things like eating, grocery shopping, or playing with their kids. Then the caption would read “They are JUST LIKE US”. What does that mean? It annoys me to no end. Did I miss the part where celebrities aren’t human? I don’t know. When I saw the picture of Katharine McPhee feeding her meter, it made me think of it. <img src='http://katharinefans.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'> The glasses look really cute on her.

hahaha I totally understand what you mean. Those magazines always make it seem like celebrities are above the human population that reads the magazines... but you gotta love Kat in glasses pics

it is a pitiful looking parking meter, but a priveliged one at that... Im sure that before Kat went out on the town knowing she was going to wear glasses, thought to herself " They're going to be so happy that I'm finally wearing my specs" add running shoes, and its a perfect match
