Thanks for the news. I think Nena needed a companion...so this was probably a good move on Kat's part. Besides, Nena's probably tired of being man and womanhandled. Now a younger brother (or is it sister?) will get all the attention from passing strangers in ensuing months. Whether that'll make Nena envious, who knows, but I assume chihuahuas get along well with fellow chihuahuas. It's good Kat got this one when Nena was still young and not older. Pets that have been around a while don't always take kindly to the new upstart in the family. Well, that's more in the cat world and not dog world. Lily obviously showed a lot of affection for Nena in pictures we saw last fall.

Yeah, that little brown chihuahua is cute. I noticed someone making a comment on cdw.com, though, saying Kat shouldn't buy dogs from pet stores. That might be true based on what I've heard from people. Some people prefer buying dogs from private parties, because then you're sure they come from a healthy generation of dogs. Pet stores sometimes just take in dogs from outside sources without regard to their potential health problems or giving them shots. I'm sure Kat takes care of giving them the needed shots though.

Now we'll have to wait and see if the new one in the family takes to the paparazzi cameras as Nena has. And Nena can probably give him or her some PR tips...if hopefully giving advice to stay as a dog and not become a little Hollywood human.

Nena has become a little Hollywood type. she craves the cameras and has begun to perfect her poses. She is experienced at air travel, green rooms, interviews and hotel living. The new little pup is cute and is a very lucky dog. Lily has trained Nena to think of herself as a big dog and maybe will do the same with the new puppy. Nena can act as his/her publicist to train in things celebrity.

Awwwwwwwwwww! How cute! Kat said she wanted to have a lot of animals. I think this is just the beginning!  

omg, I get grounded from the computer for ONE DAY and Kat gets a puppy?!? Just my luck, lol! You know, I've never really been a chihuahua person, with two large dogs, but I hafta admit that this is one cute puppy.

Update: We just found out after speaking to the manager at Pets of Bel Air that Katharine purchased a MALE chihuahua puppy. Nena has a brother! Or a younger mate?

I haven't been on for a couple of days and Kat gets a new puppy, well that teaches me! That puppy is so cute! I wonder what Kat named him? I never was really into Chihuahuas, because I've always had bigger dogs, but Kat's little dogs are infecting me! lol Not that that's a bad thing!

Hahaha, Nino would be a VERY cute name for the new puppy groucho, and it would fit perfectly! Awwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That little puppy is SOOOOOOO cute!!! I hope we get to see pics of him and Nena!!! They would look so cute posing together!!!

hahahaha groucho u are hilarious. and if that was true..i mean nena and nino that would be the funniest thing ever..kinda like in pokemon for anyone who ever watched that.. nidorino and nidorina except it would have to be nidonino and nidonena. lol the good ol days of pokemon...gotta catch em all!
