Yeah? I thought he sounded strained and stretched and off key. "Pitchy".

(And yes it is a hard song to sing those high notes in the middle).

Strained, stretched and pitchy ...very polite. He was off key and a capella is not his niche. He needs studio technology behind him.

I love Taylor and think he's a real sweetie. The song sounded pretty good to me but we all know that the one who really has the talent to sing The Star Spangled Banner, or any other song, is our beloved Kat.

I watched Taylor singing the national anthem a little earlier. He sounded very flat at the beginning and the middle until he hit some of the higher notes toward the end. I give it a 5 out of 10.

I think Taylor's cd was pushed back to December 12. Kat is the main attraction seeing as her cd is released after the winner.
