We're happy to report that this Int'l fan project for Katharine was completed and delivered to her on July 4, 2006. Katharine was happy to receive the framed poster collage of fans from 26 countries, appreciated all the work that went into it, and has it in her room right now. She says she will hang it on the wall of her new apartment (when she gets one). Pictures of the completed collage can be found on pages 11 and 16. All the international fan photos had the words "WE HAVE THE McPHEEVER written in the fans' native languages. Languages represented by fans who participated in this project include: "WE HAVE THE MCPHEEVER!" Indonesian: "Kita kena McPheever" Spanish: "Tenemos McFiebre" Filipino: "Meron kaming Mcpheever!!" Portuguese: "Nós temos McFebre" Mandarin "我有 (wo mei you) McPheever!" German: "Wir Haben McPheever" Danish : "Jeg har McPheever" Finnish: "Meilla on McPheever" Tamil (from India) "Namukkuh McPheever irrikidhu" Polish: "Mamy goracke na McPheever!!!" Swedish: "Vi har McFeber" French "J'ai le McPheever" Hebrew "Yesh Li Et Ha McPheever יש לי את המקפיבר Vietnamese "Toi co McPheever" "Canadian": "We Have the McPheever, eh??" "Australian" "We Have the McPheever, mate!" Katharine wrote in both messages posted to her fans recently how much she is looking forward to seeing all the faces of her fans. Well, now we have a fan gift for her that will help make that happen! Since U.S. fans will have a chance very soon to show Katharine their smiling faces at her U.S. concert tour, this present will give Katharine a chance to see her international fans, as well. INTERNATIONAL FAN PROJECT DETAILS: *Hurry! The deadline to send in a picture is Sunday, June 25th - 6:00 p.m. U.S. Pacific Standard Time!* We are putting together an International Fan Project for Katharine with photographs of Kat fans from around the world, which will be included in a framed color poster collage to be delivered to Katharine. If you are an international fan and would like to submit your photo for this project, please attach it in an email and include: 1. Your name (and Kat Pack member number if you have one); 2. Your country name. 3. A digital picture of yourself (THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.) 4. Somewhere on your photo the words: "WE HAVE THE McPHEEVER!!" written in your native language - If the word "McPheever" does not translate nicely into your language, feel free to keep that part in English. Or, if you want to educate Katharine in how to read "McFever" in different languages, that would be great, too. - Please keep your email simple. Your country name and electronic photograph with sign are the most important things. - Send only one picture and have fun with it: Include friends, family, classmates, co-workers, neighbors, and pets if you like. - If it is hard for you to paste "We Have the McPheever" into your photo, then we can help you with that. Just tell us what you would like us to write. -If you know anyone outside the U.S. who would like to participate in this project, please let them know. Until when is the deadline of this project? Good idea, i better take a picture of myself for her to see. Id be glad to let her know that someone like me is exsisting on a Mcpheever world!

I can vouch for her. In fact, she was even quoted in an LA Times article about the Rose Project. She helped get media coverage for that and is a huge Kat fan.

UPDATE: WE HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED TWO PICTURES -- both from the McPheelippines. You guys are great! Thanks for the nice words, Kenneth. You're so sweet! (That article was not very good, though - let's forget about that one. ;) ) Thank you for your support of the project, Rhine -- send in your picture, too! Katharine should get a chance to see the face of her wonderful international fan Rhine, who is also always looking out for Katharine's best interests on this website -- the heart of the Katharine fan club. Hey, just curious .. where in Asia are you?
