Welcome to Week 3 of Kat's American Idol Journey.

There are 8 left on the ladies side, and Katharine McPhee is one of them. This week, Katharine McPhee is singing "Think" by Aretha Franklin.

And two days later, she makes the final 12.

What do you remember of that performance?

her saying fun too many times!

but i didn't realize at the time just how good the vocal performance was... but it was definitely great. better than the studio one on the album

Do you all remember the Coke Behind the Scenes for all of the weeks? The clip from this week in particular had really cute clips of Katharine. I just uploaded the video to youtube with only her clips in it. I don't know if it will work putting it in here, if not, I made need some help from one of you hehe



Anyway, I loved this week. Katharine really showed her personality and as she said, had a lot of fun. It was great to see her let loose. Her voice was awesome. And of course, it was a great week because she officially made it into the Top 12, although none of us doubted. Wasn't she one of the first ones to be brought into those 12 seats? I'm trying to remember. This was a really fun week to remember.
